1. Seller

The registered office and the service location are different: services are provided at the venue address, while the registered office is the company’s legal address.

2. Scope

These Terms govern distance sales of gift vouchers and other paid products/services offered on the website, including payment and electronic delivery.

Free online time reservations may use separate consents or notices; these Terms primarily cover paid purchases completed via Paysera.

3. Ordering and payment

The buyer selects a product/quantity, provides contact details (full name, phone, email), agrees to these Terms & Conditions, and confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.

Payment is processed through Paysera. After successful payment confirmation, the order is treated as paid.

Prices are shown in euros. The final amount payable is shown before redirect to payment.

4. Electronic delivery

After confirmed payment, an electronic gift voucher (PDF) with a unique redemption code is sent to the buyer’s email address, normally within 24 hours.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact info@simacademy.lt with your order reference.

5. Voucher validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Expired vouchers are not normally extended. This is a business policy and does not limit mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

6. Voucher assignment and use

At purchase, a voucher is not assigned to a named recipient — you do not need to provide the recipient’s name. The voucher becomes associated with the person who first redeems it (first use / first visit under that voucher).

Standard simulator driving vouchers (1H, 2H, 3H and similar):

• After first redemption, remaining hours belong to that same person (the voucher holder).
• Remaining hours may be used only by that person — alone or together with other participants during the same visit.
• The voucher holder must be present whenever remaining hours are redeemed.
• Several participants may drive at the same time: each uses the corresponding number of simulator-hours from the same voucher balance.
• Remaining hours cannot be transferred to another person to use independently without the voucher holder.
• For a 1H voucher, the first use consumes the full entitlement.
• Multi-hour vouchers may be split across visits according to remaining hours and normal booking rules — we do not set an extra limit on the number of visits.

Example (3H voucher): on the first visit the holder drives alone for 1 hour (2H left); on the second visit they arrive with a friend — both drive for 1 hour (the remaining 2H are used); the voucher is fully redeemed.

Personal 10H simulator voucher:

• Not assigned to a named recipient at purchase; assigned to the first person who redeems it.
• All 10 hours are exclusively for that person.
• Hours cannot be shared with friends or other participants.
• The same person may redeem the hours across multiple visits during the validity period.

Individual instructor session (1H):

• Not assigned to a named recipient at purchase; assigned to the person attending the session.
• Intended for one person.
• Cannot be transferred once redemption / the session has begun.

3H driving skills improvement course:

• Not assigned to a named recipient at purchase; assigned to the person attending the first training session.
• Consists of three separate 1-hour training sessions.
• All three sessions must be attended by the same person.
• Sessions cannot be shared or transferred to other participants after the first session.

Product descriptions on the website may add detail but should not contradict these essential rules. If there is a conflict, these Terms prevail.

7. Booking and availability

Buying a voucher does not automatically reserve a simulator or guarantee a particular time slot. Visits are booked separately (online or by contacting us), subject to availability and opening hours.

We recommend booking in advance. Popular times may be fully booked.

8. Cancelling or rescheduling a reservation

You may cancel or reschedule a reservation free of charge by contacting Simuliatorių Akademija in advance (for example by email at info@simacademy.lt or by phone).

Rescheduling depends on available time slots. Advance contact is required — these Terms do not set a fixed notice period in hours (such as 12 or 24 hours).

Failing to cancel in advance or not showing up does not by itself entitle you to a refund for a voucher you already bought or a service already provided. For your specific situation, email info@simacademy.lt.

9. Buyer and seller rights and obligations

The buyer must provide accurate contact details, pay for the order, and follow voucher usage and booking rules.

The seller must, after confirmed payment, issue the electronic voucher as ordered, provide services as described and required by law, and respond to reasonable enquiries.

10. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers who conclude a distance contract generally have a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason under Lithuanian and EU consumer law, counted from the day the contract is concluded, unless the law provides otherwise.

It is important to distinguish purchasing an unused voucher from a service that has already been performed or begun. Sending a PDF voucher by email alone is not treated as an automatic waiver of withdrawal rights.

The law provides situations where the withdrawal right may not apply or may be limited (for example where a service has been fully performed or begun at the consumer’s request before the period ends, or certain digital-content cases when statutory conditions are met). Application depends on the product and performance stage; we do not ask you to waive the statutory withdrawal right on the purchase form.

Withdrawal and refund requests are handled manually. Email info@simacademy.lt with your order reference and the basis of your request. There is no automated refund system.

Where a refund is due under law or our decision, funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed, within the timelines set by applicable law.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact info@simacademy.lt first. We will aim to respond within a reasonable time and resolve the matter in good faith.

If we cannot agree, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) in the Republic of Lithuania.

12. Governing law

These Terms and related contracts are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
